● A biological approach to understanding symptoms through the lens of German New Medicine.
This is for women who are asking why rather than looking for another quick fix.
This work helps symptoms make sense within a wider context, so the body is experienced as responsive rather than failing.
I work through 90-minute consultations exploring when symptoms began, what was happening at the time, and how the body adapted in response.
I also support this work with a few stabilising foundations, including nourishment, cycle awareness, and nervous system support.

“Through my work, I’ve observed that symptoms often become less distressing when they are placed in context. When women understand when something began, what was happening in their lives at the time, and how the body adapted in response, the experience of the symptom tends to shift. What was once perceived as random or failing is often recognised as intelligent and responsive. This sense-making alone can bring more calm and clarity, without needing to override the body.”

my approach
Most of us have been taught to see symptoms as mistakes. Errors in the system. Signs that something has gone wrong.
German New Medicine offered me a different way of seeing. A small shift in perspective, like turning a kaleidoscope, where the same pieces suddenly form a coherent pattern.
Through this lens, symptoms are not malfunctions, but meaningful biological responses. Adaptive programs initiated in moments of unexpected stress or shock, designed to support survival while the psyche processes an overwhelming event.
In this model, the body is not betraying us. It is responding intelligently to lived experience.
My work draws from German New Medicine as a framework for interpretation. During consultations, we look at when a symptom began, what was happening in your life at the time, and how your body adapted in response.
This work is not about diagnosis or treatment. It is about understanding. When symptoms become intelligible, fear often softens, and the body is given the conditions it needs to complete its process.
I work with women who feel there must be a deeper logic to what their bodies are doing. Often, there is.
